Our beds provide a safe space for your pup to relax in, with the raised rim, ultra soft padding and covers it allows them to mimic being hugged by their mother.
We use only the highest quality materials and take pride in the production of our beds. Extra filling, removable and washable covers and high quality zippers are all features you will find on our products.
The covers of all of our beds are removable and machine washable. We do not recommend washing the inner inserts, if necessary hand wash only.
Although we are very confident they will, we do offer a 100 day free return policy.
Houndz&Poodles™ supplies are only available on our online store. We prefer to sell directly to our customers to keep the prices as low as we can

Shipping & Returns
Each custom product takes 3-5 days to create from scratch. To reduce the time it takes to get the product to you, our custom products are developed, finished and customised before being sent directly from our overseas warehouse. This significantly reduces the wait times for customers. Due to the customisation the average delivery time ranges roughly 14-21 business days.
Shipping is and will always be FREE! Delivery depends on your location but we ask to allow 7-10 days
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our return policy lasts 100 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.
We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 100 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.
We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but on the off chance your pup doesn’t like them, please email our support team at support@houndzandpoodles.com or from the Contact us page and they will be able to provide you with a return shipping label and all the instructions you need.

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.

If the order has not been shipped yet email in with “URGENT order edit” in the subject title. The team will make any amendments, if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible.
